that is true. I remember that i never told anyone that i was suicidal but I was and i felt that if someone took time to observe my actions, they would notice that. So we need to try as much as we can to notice our loved ones to pick out the patterns

This is so true, I lost a very close relative to suicide.
I think it is a topic that really needs to be on the spotlight because I believe that if individuals can be taught what exactly to look out for in the people surrounding them, there’s a possibility of preventing individuals from commiting suicide and even providing practical help to the people who feel there’s no better solution to whatever they may be feeling.

This relative of yours. How old were they? I actually feel like majority of the suicides are caused by depression that is caused by stress. Too bad we are living in a world that continuously demands that we focus on our own problems and forget about the ones around us.
